Geoffrey Feiger is going to testify in court today. He is on trial in federal court for allegedly forcing his staff to make campaign contributions to John Edwards 2004 presidential bid.

I hate that this involves Edwards in any way shape or form. Though even if it's true, it's not Ed's fault.

Obama and Edwards sat down in North Carolina this weekend to discuss endorsements and such. One (meaning me) can only hope they also talked about a VP nod for Edwards. Let me tell you how that would be my political fantasy come true!

John Edwards has officially pulled out of the presidential race. It's sad because he has so many good ideas and is a great candidate, but he's been overshadowed by forces far beyond us all.

And I mean, damn...he's hot too.

As I told Moxie today, an Obama/Edwards ticket is like a political wet dream for me. So here's to hoping!
