Eh Boy: No Shocker Here

After making a brilliant decision yesterday in a death penalty case, the Supreme Court has failed to keep my admiration by making today's ridiculous pronouncement that is textually and historically incorrect--that the Second Amendment guarantees the right of individuals to own guns.

No surprise for sure, but disappointing nonetheless.

Breaking News: The Supreme Court Did The Right Thing

The Roberts-led Supreme Court finally did something right today. They agreed that Gitmo detainees have the right to challenge their captivity in federal court.

I'm honestly pretty shocked. Shocked and awed. (So is SCOTUS) Not only did they do the right thing, but they went against the Bush administration to do so.
