Black Friday Approaches

Economic downturn, recession, depression...and SHOPPING. People are wigging out right now about Black Friday more than ever because of the lack of funds to spend a lot. So deals are left and right and I have some here for you. Call it an early Christmas Gift to the loyal OBYCB readers.

Value City is shrinking

They're closing more than half of their Michigan stores.

You know who might have a word or two to say about that? Ida. I know dat's right. She was always one for a good deal. Come to think of it, so am I. I got my good work coat there. like $100 for a Jones New York trench coat that has worked for about 4 seasons, two of them more full time than others.
