Detainees' Day in Court

So the Guantanamo detainees will finally get their day in the Supreme Court. Unfortunately, the way things have been going they won't get much of a fighting chance in the least bit. The order, which reversed a previous denial of certiorari, came without comment today. There was no explanation why, after denying cert in April, the justices changed their mind.

Maybe Roberts and Co. figured he wanted to screw some more people over before too long...like working down a list.

People of Color? Check.
Women? Double Check.
McCain and Feingold? Check.
Students? Check.
