Squishy's Slowly Dying

I have a 2003 Neon I call Squishy. Squishy has been having more and more problems over the past few months. Two weeks ago I spent $289 on Squishy. I was planning on pouring more money into her this weekend with an alignment and a new tire (yes one...don't ask).

Then my check engine light comes on. I fear the worst as the $289 resulted from a check engine light.

I just pray my car starts.
