Castro is a No Go

Fidel Castro decided to hang up his presidency officially today. He's attempting to save face and make room for his brother to rule.

Fidel is one of those world leaders that I don't agree with politically, but he's always cracking jokes in interviews and I appreciate that. So I'll miss that. I doubt this "Raul" character is the same caliber comedian.
