Don't Spend It All In One Place

The "stimulus" bill passed the US Senate today. It has to go back to the House as there were changes made, giving some old folks and others some extra cash. The Dems, led by Obama and Clinton oddly-enough, pushed for other stimuli including extended jobless benefits, but the old GOP wasn't having it. (I realize old GOP is OLD grand OLD party--but let's face it, they are old.)

Checks should be in the mail in May.

Listen, y'all. Here's what this money was going to help me with--getting a kickass new phone. But May is a long time to wait. My phone is pissing me off. So can I get some sort of exception here?
