Light Rail? Light my fire!

They're contemplating a light rail system to run from Hart Plaza to Grand Boulevard in Detroit. While I think that's a GREAT idea, the system should be running further than that, at least up to Eight Mile if not further. Just think of the commuters that'd love that. I would have taken it if I were working downtown.
