Finally--someone gets it

Or should I say some group gets it?

This article on Freep.com sums up what I've been saying for awhile now--in order to save this state we have to provide new revenue sources. Flat out. Regardless of our differences, this is a necessity.

My favorite part:

“Citizens don’t have a good grasp of where we are,” said Don Gilmer, a former Republican state representative and budget director.

The state’s “critical infrastructure is being slowly dismantled,” he said. “If that’s allowed to continue, we don’t have much of a future.”

He's a REPUBLICAN and he's saying this. That speaks louder than any of my words possibly could.
