Kwame's latest attempt to keep his lies under wraps was foiled by those crazy kids at the Michigan Court of Appeals today. The panel ordered Kilpatrick to hand over the documents he would rather hide under the largest boulder in existence.

The Appeals court, though, gave Kwame until Friday to file an appeal with the Michigan Supreme Court.

Just THINK of the resources being used for this. Give it up, Kwame. You lost. You can't show that the public doesn't have a right to these documents or that they are somehow so secret as to infringe upon basic rights to have them released.
