Why in the world is the 36th district court so intent on having one of their judges try Kwame? First of all, judges just love to get rid of cases, so this goes against any normal sort of thinking (which makes me think there's something fishy going on here). But more importantly, when they are involved in politics at the city and county level, which they are as they are elected, and some of them are tight with Kwame, which they are, this should be a no-brainer.
And yet the latest appeal to have the ruling overturned so that they could not try Kwame was denied. I just pray that Kym Worthy pushes this forward.
